Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 2 October 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
SkydalProjects is a cloud project and task management service provided by SkydalSolutions. These terms govern the use of the service by the organisation that subscribes to a workspace (the "customer") and by the people the customer gives access to (the "users"). By accessing the service you accept these terms.
2. Workspace and accounts
Each customer has its own workspace, with its own address and database, separate from other customers. The customer decides who has access, with which roles and permissions, and is responsible for the activity carried out from the accounts in its workspace. Each user must keep their password secret and tell their workspace administrator if they suspect unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, store or distribute content that infringes third-party rights or malicious software, try to access other workspaces or data, circumvent the service's limits or security measures, or deliberately overload it.
4. Customer data
The projects, tasks, comments, files, hours and any other information the customer and its users enter into the service belong to the customer. SkydalSolutions only processes them to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and does not use them for any other purpose.
5. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service continuously available and make regular backups, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. We may improve, change or withdraw features; when a change significantly affects the use of the service, we will give reasonable notice.
6. Suspension and end of service
We may suspend access to a workspace if these terms are breached or if it is necessary to protect the service or other customers. When the customer stops using the service, it can request a copy of its data before closing the workspace; after that, the data is permanently deleted, except for backups, which are deleted when their retention cycle ends.
7. Intellectual property
The software, design and trademarks of the service belong to SkydalSolutions or its licensors. Using the service grants no rights over them beyond what is needed to use it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SkydalSolutions shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version will be published on this page with its update date.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the applicable law in the territory where SkydalSolutions carries out its business activity. If you have any questions, please contact us.
